Pricing & engagement models

Transparent, predictable pricing. No agency markup.

Four straightforward ways to work with us, with the numbers on the page. Pick the commercial model that matches how your work actually arrives, and we will shape delivery around it.

Three primary tracks

Starting points, not black boxes

Every figure below is a starting anchor based on the work we deliver most often. Complexity, data volume and the number of connected systems move the final number, and we always show you the maths before you commit.

Most popular

Dedicated developer

Staff augmentation

A senior Salesforce or HubSpot developer who works inside your team, your tools and your sprint rhythm.

From $3,500 per month

Full time, 160 hrs a month

  • Daily standups in your Slack or Teams
  • Month to month, 14 days notice
  • Scale up or pause between roadmap phases

Project milestones

Fixed scope, fixed price

A defined outcome with a phased payment plan tied to milestones you sign off, so budget and delivery stay aligned.

Standard implementation or migration

Managed services

Care plans and optimisation

Ongoing admin, development and optimisation hours so the platform keeps improving after launch.

Starter support, 15 to 20 hrs a month

$2,400 per month

Growth retainer, 40 hrs a month

Two week agile sprints

$2,800 to $3,500 per sprint

Buy delivery in fourteen day blocks when the roadmap is still moving. Backlog grooming at the start, a working demo at the end, and no long term lock in. Stop after one sprint or keep going, entirely your call.

What every engagement includes

Senior only delivery

The consultants you meet in the call are the ones who build. No junior handover once the contract is signed.

Direct access

A shared Slack or Teams channel with your delivery lead, not a ticket portal and a 48 hour wait.

You own everything

Full IP ownership of code, configuration and documentation, handed over in your own repositories.

Timezone overlap

Working hours that overlap North America, the UK and the EU, so reviews happen the same day.

Pricing questions

The things buyers usually ask first

How do you land on the exact number?

A short discovery call, then a written scope with effort per workstream. The estimate you approve is the price you pay unless you change the scope in writing.

Can we start on a retainer and move to milestones later?

Yes. Many clients start with a retainer to stabilise the platform, then move discrete builds onto fixed price milestones once the backlog is clear.

What are your payment terms?

Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Project work is split across milestones, usually an upfront mobilisation payment then the rest on sign off of each phase.

Is there a long contract for embedded developers?

No. Embedded developers run month to month with 14 days notice on either side. We would rather keep the work than lock you into it.

Do you work in currencies other than USD?

Prices are quoted in USD for clarity. We invoice in GBP or EUR on request at the prevailing rate.

What if the work is smaller than your smallest tier?

Tell us anyway. Small fixes and one off questions can go through a two week sprint or a short block of hours instead of a full engagement.

Not sure which model fits?

Tell us how the work usually arrives and we will recommend the cheapest model that still gets it done properly.
